Hours
Alchemy welcomes all ages until 10pm. After 10pm, we are 18+ and require a valid ID. Thank you—we look forward to hosting you!
Wed & Thurs: 5pm–midnight
Fri & Sat: 4pm–1am
Sun: 4pm–11pm

Please note that we are a cocktail bar, and seating is often casual with low table dining. We recommend making reservations, as we only hold a small portion of our space for walk-in guests, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Booking a reservation does not guarantee a specific table, and guests will be seated based on availability. At this time, we will be holding a 1.5-hour seating time for all reservations.
Dress Code
Cocktail attire preferred. On Oilers game days, jerseys and fan gear are welcome.

Reservations cannot be made through the JW Marriott phone lines. We ask that all reservations be placed online through our website. For groups of 7 or more, or to change your reservation, please email reservations@alchemybar.ca. Thank you!
